Who is 1:1 Coaching for?

Absolutely everyone! Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey, have been lifting for years, or somewhere in-between, I'm here to help. Because let's face it, anyone can struggle with reaching their goals. If you're someone with a specific goal in mind but aren't sure how to achieve it, I've got you covered. 1:1 coaching is designed to simplify the basics and teach you functional principles about your workouts, nutrition, mindset, and your entire body. I'm here to help you smash through plateaus and get back to living your best life without the stress!

How do I receive the program?

Your program is available through our app after you join the team. Once you sign up, you'll create a profile, enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! Inside the app, you'll find weekly support, step-by-step workouts, and nutrition guidance, all conveniently at your fingertips.

What kind of equipment will I need?

I create the program based on the equipment you have available. However, it is strongly recommended to have a gym membership or dumbbells at home because we always aim to challenge the body. My programming can be done either at home or at the gym, complementing any other plans you may already have in place.

Is this a subscription based program?

Yes, I've designed this program with flexibility in mind. You have the option to choose between a monthly or quarterly subscription. This allows for regular program updates and continuous support from me. The best part is, there are no long-term commitments; you can cancel at any time.

Can I do the plan at home?

Yes, absolutely! I will customize your plan so you can do it from the comfort of your home if you prefer. All you need are some weights or dumbbells.

How do I sign up?

The first step is to schedule a 30-minute strategy call. During this call, we'll discuss your specific concerns, and I'll be able to determine the best course of action for your 1:1 coaching. Simply click the 'BOOK YOUR CALL' button above to schedule your call.

How do I cancel?

To cancel your subscription you must contact me with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.
